- It is not recommended to wear product for more than 12 hours.
- Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin.
- Our products are not intended for individuals who have sensitive or thin skin or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- When removing, slightly dampen the back of the nipple covers with warm water where it meets the skin and gently pull off.
- If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use.

Standard shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days. Customers can also upgrade to SF Express ($50), which guarantees delivery within 2–3 business days or a full shipping refund if that window isn't met.
Regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, all orders require 1–3 business days to process after confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday; no shipments go out on weekends or public holidays. Within 48 hours of your order being dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: if the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there are unverified details on the order, processing may be delayed by 2–4 business days. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address provided is correct.
The BOOMBA team makes every effort to confirm shipping information is accurate, but once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. When the parcel arrives, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange receipt. If a parcel is returned due to the customer's absence or incorrect shipping information provided, standard shipping will incur a HKD $99 fee for re-shipping and reprocessing; express shipping may incur additional charges.
